Hello, my name is Santana and ever since I was a child, I have had a huge passion for cooking. Inspired by my mother who owned street food restaurant in Thailand I would help her to make hundreds of Pad Thai dishes each day. After living in the UK for a number of years I could see an opportunity and so in 2018 I decided to use my skills, experience and passion by embarking on my own venture, giving birth to “Thai Home Cooking, North East” where I have been able to inspire many people about Thai food and how to cook it.

Please join me for one of my friendly, fun-filled Thai cooking classes right here in my home where we can explore and enjoy the authentic flavours of Thai cooking, together.

Gifted to me for my birthday in Fen but couldn’t get booked in until June because Santana is so popular. Well worth the wait. Felt welcomed and relaxed from the second we arrived. Cooked and dined with a random couple we had never met but that just didn’t even feel strange! Cooking was shared out well and brilliantly explained and supportive, so even the most nervous or least experienced in the kitchen would feel relaxed and enjoy it. All materials and ingredient were provided and it was immaculately clean. Beautiful kitchen and dining area and Santana is friendly and creates and relaxed and enjoyable environment. Had the best time with my four children in the expert hands of Santana..a Christmas gift in which they could learn from, however I learnt so much too..everything tasted absolutely amazing 😍 in such a short space of time they cooked (I basically there for a change) three delicious plates of food each. Santana is so informative and just the best host/teacher! I couldn’t recommend Thai home cooking more for a fun, tasty and learning few hours with family or friends! Santana was a fantastic host and made us very welcome in her beautiful home. My husband booked the class as a birthday surprise and it was a lovely activity, followed by a delicious lunch of our efforts (and complimentary beverages).
